Building for the Future

Naples Community Church Capital Campagin

God has been faithful to Naples Community Church, and we are deeply grateful for the unity, generosity, and shared vision that has brought us to this moment. Our building project is about creating a place where worship, fellowship, discipleship, and outreach can flourish for generations to come.

Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain (Psalm 127:1). With prayerful dependence on God, we continue moving forward together.

Where We Are Now: Phase I

Phase I of our building project is well underway and nearing completion, expected to wrap up in August 2026. We are grateful for how far God has brought us and excited about what lies ahead.

As we’ve moved through the planning and construction process, updated cost estimates have come in for both phases. Phase I costs have been revised to approximately $7.9 million. Phase II estimates, now based on a detailed Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), have been updated to $8.5 million. We want our church family to have a clear picture of where things stand as we move forward together.

Looking Ahead: Phase II

Phase II is the construction of our permanent sanctuary, a space designed to serve our congregation and the wider Naples community through worship, teaching, comfort, and celebration for generations to come.

Here’s where we stand financially:

  • Phase II estimated total cost: $8.5 million
  • Bank financing available: up to $5 million
  • Remaining gap to be fully funded: approximately $600,000

Being “fully funded” means that between cash on hand, all outstanding pledges, and available bank financing, every dollar of both phases is accounted for. Once fully funded, our focus shifts to reducing debt, starting with retiring the construction loan.

We are in active fundraising mode. Every gift and pledge brings us closer to breaking ground on the sanctuary.

Why This Matters

Significant bank financing is available, but the remaining gap must come from the generosity of our church family. Christian stewardship flows from the recognition that all we have comes from God. Giving is an act of gratitude and worship, and every contribution to this campaign reflects that trust.

How You Can Participate

There are many ways to support the Phase II Building Campaign:

  • One-time gifts
  • Multi-year pledges (2026–2030)
  • Monthly recurring gifts
  • Gifts of appreciated assets (such as stock)
  • Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs)

Every prayer, every pledge, and every gift matters. Together we are building a home for the next generation of NCC, to the honor and glory of God.
